Are fellowships or stipends available for full-time research scholars?
Yes. UGC-JRF qualified candidates receive fellowships as per UGC guidelines. NIEPA also offers Institutional Fellowships to eligible full-time scholars who are not receiving financial assistance from any other funding agency, subject to government regulations.
Can working professionals apply for the Full-Time Ph.D. program?
