Siddhartha Group of Institutions is established under G. Pragathi Educational Society. The society consists of committed and dedicated intellectuals with a strong vision of delivering value based Education that aims at multifaceted growth of the students. With these objectives, the society started  during the Academic year 1995-1996.The college with its good academic environment combined with congenial and disciplined atmosphere has achieved excellent results within a short span of time. Further to extend quality Education to Junior level students, Siddhartha Junior College (recognized by Govt. of Telangana) was established in 1996-1997. To enhance the prospects of Education at Dilsukhnagar, in the year 2001-2002  was established. Later in 2003-2004  were established with  From last 24 years the college has leaped forward by nurturing students into Global Employees.Another Academic milestone is crossed with  to nurture the aspiring youngsters to various advance courses. Siddhartha has also extended its wings in various Districts of Telangana through its Institutions to cater to the educational needs of District students.
