Panskura Banamali College Info

Our College celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2010. The foundation stone of our college was laid on 14th of December, 1960. Following the long cherished dream of the local people and their concerted efforts for opening up a degree college, a wealthy and cultured person of this soil, Late Banamali Charan Khatua showed his love for spreading higher education. He undertook the responsibility of developing a college building at its present site. The land was donated by a local gentleman Late Hasmat Ali Khan and his co-sharers. The college eventually came to be named as ‘Panskura Banamali College’ after its principal donor and this institution continues to be a unique symbol of aspiration for higher education and excellence at the locality.
