PES University, Bengaluru – Application/Admission Process

• PES University considers all National Level Examinations for admission into various Programmes. They are KCET/UCEED/JEE (MAINS)/PGCET/MAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/CLAT/NATA and other National Entrance Tests at the discretion of the University. 

• Candidates seeking admission into various Programmes of PES University, need to appear in PESSET and get qualified for the respective programme.

• Merit Candidates qualified in PESSET, need to attend the Counselling at PES University and Personal Interview on the same day. Results shall be announced within three days from the date of the Counselling and Interview.

• Candidates who get admission into PES University through National Common Entrance Tests, need to submit Admission Order from the respective CET Cell after counseling and complete the final admission process in PES University.

• Candidates need to visit the official website at pessat.com and choose the programme, fill in basic information and register themselves.

• Candidates need to make a payment of Rs.1150/- online and complete the application with academic and personal information.

• Candidates need to attend PESSET on the appointed date.

• Candidates need to attend the Counselling followed by a Personal Interview and selected candidates need to complete the admission formalities including payment of fee

The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission:

• Admission Order of CET or PSSET
• 10+2 Marks Card – Original (if the original is not issued by the college, a copy of the 10+2 class marks card signed and sealed by the college Principal is to be produced)
• 10th Class Marks Card – Original
• Transfer Certificate / College Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board)
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Copy of PAN Card of both the Candidate and Parent (Mandatory, for opening bank account)
• Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Both CET & College)
• SIX COPIES each of color passport size and stamp size photographs
• For Reservation Candidates – Affidavit, Caste, Income Certificate, Rural, Kannada Medium Certificate, Sports, Ex-Défense, NCC Certificate, etc., as applicable.
• Study Certificate.
• 2 Sets of self-attested photocopies of all the above certificates/documents.
