General Admission Guidelines:

Application Form:

  • Candidates must fill out the prescribed application form, which can be obtained from the college office or online.
  • Applications should be submitted either by post or in person and must reach the Principal shortly after the publication of relevant examination results (e.g., SSLC or Pre-University) but before the last date specified on the college notice board.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For undergraduate programs, candidates typically need to have completed their higher secondary education with a minimum aggregate score (often around 45% to 60% depending on the course) in their qualifying examinations.
  • For postgraduate courses like the Master of Commerce (M. Com), admissions are based on merit and may involve entrance exams.

Required Documents:

Applicants must submit several documents along with their application, including:

  • Original and photocopies of SSLC marks card and qualifying examination marks card.
  • Transfer certificate from the last institution attended.
  • Conduct certificate from the previous institution.
  • Caste certificate and income certificate if applicable.
  • Eligibility certificate for non-Karnataka students.
  • Recent passport-sized photographs.

Admission Process Steps:

  • Submission of Application: Complete applications should be submitted within one week after the announcement of examination results. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Interview and Document Verification: Candidates will be called for an interview where they must present original documents for verification along with prescribed fees.
