Rabindranath Tagore University, Raisen – Scholarships

Rabindranath Tagore University in Raisen offers several scholarship programmes for students from all backgrounds. It provides financial assistance to students in the form of tuition fee waivers, full and partial scholarships, loan schemes, and special scholarships for students from economically weaker sections of society.

Rabindranath Tagore University also offers Merit-cum-Means Scholarships, which are awarded to students based on their academic performance. Additionally, there is a special scholarship scheme for students who have secured admission to the University through the entrance examinations. It also has a number of schemes to support students from the minority communities, SC/ST/OBC, and disabled students.

There is another category of scholarship – Shiksha Mitra Scholarship that is offered at Rabindranath Tagore University. The scholarship schemes is applicable for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses and around INR 1 million worth of scholarships are awarded under the scheme each year in the form of fee waivers. However, the scholarship scheme is not applicable to candidates pursuing B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Nursing), GNM, LLM, M.Phil. B.Ed., B. Ed. (PT) and B.P. Ed.
