Situated at Fursatganj Airfield in Uttar Pradesh, India, Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) is an independent central university dedicated to aviation academics and research. It is governed by the Government of India's Ministry of Civil Aviation, which was established in person in 2018 after being established by an Act of Parliament in 2013. It is the first aviation university in India.
It provides an 18-month PG Diploma program in Airport Operations. In addition, the college provides executive diploma programs in Executive Development and Executive Management Development.
Vision-
The university's vision is to facilitate and promote aviation studies, teaching and training, and research with a focus on emerging areas of study such as aviation management, aviation regulation and policy, aviation law, aviation safety and security, etc. and to develop various programs for airlines, airports, aviation authorities, airport management, aviation law, aviation safety and security, and train manpower in the aviation field.
