Eligibility Criteria

MBBS:

  • Candidates must have completed the 12th standard with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
  • The minimum age requirement is 17 years by December 31 of the admission year.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

A reserved quota of 15% is available for Foreign Nationals, NRIs, and PIOs.

MD/MS:

  • Candidates must possess an MBBS degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of a one-year internship is required before admission.

Entrance Exam

  • For MBBS admissions, candidates must qualify for the NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
  • For MD/MS admissions, candidates must qualify for the NEET PG exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

Counseling Process

  • After qualifying in NEET, candidates need to participate in counseling organized by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
  • During counseling, candidates select their preferred courses and colleges based on their NEET ranks. Seats are allotted according to merit and availability.

Admission Confirmation: Once a seat is allotted, candidates must pay the admission fee and submit required documents for verification to confirm their admission.
