1. Merit Scholarship- Merit scholarship obtained based on the percentage of class  10th & 12th in the Indian national board for the first year only.

2. Sports Scholarships: If the student represents the university at national or international tournaments, they can avail of sports scholarships. International Participant & Position Scorer receive a scholarship of 75%. National Scorers receive 50% of scholarships, while National Participants receive 25% of scholarships.
3. Needy Scholarships: For students whose family annual income is less than or equal to 3 lakhs, a scholarship amount is given as decided by the Principal of the University. Similarly, a scholarship for students whose parents are both dead is also given.
4. Alumni Scholarship: Students who are alumni of Sangam University/ITM will get a 20% Scholarship in Tuition Fee for their period of study (as per the below terms and Conditions) in any of the higher courses they are enrolled for except PhD.
5. University Employee Scholarship: Faculty/Staff will get up to 20% Scholarship in Tuition Fee for their period of study in any of the courses they are enrolled for.
6. Special Scholarship: The university has started a special scholarship of 15% for SC/ST and Minority students. In addition to this, INR 10000/- is offered to girl candidates to promote and encourage their talent in the First Year only for B.Tech and Diploma Program.
