Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate (UG) Courses:

• MBBS: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing at least 50% aggregate marks. Admission is primarily based on NEET UG scores.
• BPT and B.Sc. Nursing:Similar eligibility of 10+2 with PCB, with specific percentage requirements for each course.

Postgraduate (PG) Courses:

• MD/MS:Candidates should have an MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Admissions are based on NEET PG scores.
• DM/M.Ch.:Requires an MD or DNB in relevant fields with similar aggregate marks criteria.

Reservation of Seats:

• 80% of seats are reserved for general merit candidates.
• 15% for NRI/NRI sponsored and foreign nationals.
• 5% under institutional preference quota.

Application Process:

• Registration: Candidates must register on the official KEA website (kea.kar.nic.in) for NEET UG or PG as applicable.
• Filling the Application Form: Complete the application form for Karnataka NEET UG or PG counselling.
• Document Uploading: Upload necessary documents such as NEET rank card, Aadhaar card, class 12 mark sheet, and photographs.
• Verification Slip: After document submission, download the verification slip using a secret key provided.
• Choice Filling: Fill in preferred college choices based on the verification slip.
• Result Declaration: After results are declared, candidates can reshuffle their college choices but cannot add new ones.
• Payment of Fees: Pay the required fees after final results are declared.
• Reporting: Report to the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and then to the allotted college after the first round of counselling.
