Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Law College (SDM Law College) has received several recognitions and accolades that underscore its reputation in legal education:

• SDM Law College has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of “A”.

• SDMLC was awarded as the Fourth Best Law School in Southern India and the Second Best School of Excellence in India in a survey conducted by GHRDC consecutively for three years. (2015, 2016 and 2017)

• Outlook has ranked SDMLC 19^th in 2015, 20^th  in 2016 and 24^th  in 2017, throughout the country.

• India Today, a leading magazine, has ranked SDMLC, 21^st in its survey of the Top 40 Best Law Colleges in India, as reported in the issue dated June 4^th, 2018
