Sharda School of Business Studies, Noida – Application/Admission Process

Application Submission

1. Online Registration:

• Candidates must register on the Sharda University admission portal by providing basic details.
• Upon successful registration, a unique ID and password will be generated, which will be used throughout the admission process.

Application Fee: The application fee is INR 1500 for male candidates and INR 1000 for female candidates. This fee can be paid online via net banking, credit card, or debit card.

Documents Required:

Applicants need to prepare the following documents for submission:

• Photocopies of 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets
• Scorecards from relevant entrance exams (e.g., JEE Main, UPSEE, MAT, CAT)
• A valid ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card)
• Original registration payment receipt
• Three passport-sized photographs.

2. Entrance Examination

Candidates must appear for the Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT):

• SUAT is a 90-minute aptitude test assessing problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and language proficiency.
• The test consists of 100 questions covering Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Analysis, and English comprehension.

Exemptions from SUAT: Candidates with valid scores in recognized entrance exams like XAT, MAT, or CAT are exempted from SUAT and will proceed directly to the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) stages.

3. Group Discussion and Personal Interview: After clearing the SUAT or being exempted:

Candidates will participate in a Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview. The performance in these stages is crucial for final admission decisions.

4. Admission Confirmation: Successful candidates will receive an offer of admission and must confirm their acceptance by:

Depositing the required fee through cash or demand draft at the university campus or via online payment within 15 days of selection.

5. Reporting for Enrollment: Once admitted, candidates must report to the Administrative Office of SBS on specified dates to complete their enrollment process.
