Shobhit University has been recognized by UGC and AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education). It has ranked 17th in North India, and ranked 55th across India, and ranked 1st under the category of Grand Jury India Higher Education.

Shobhit University is accredited by NAAC with an “A” grade and with CGPA of 3.12 out of 4.00. It has been approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education), and awarded by ASSOCHAM.

Shobhit University's School of Law and Constitutional Studies has been ranked 3rd in India's Top Law Schools of Excellence Ranking.
