My college RCOEM is a really good college and the best private college in Central India with the best placement percentage. There are many things I like about my college and many other things I hate about it. The faculties are well qualified with good teaching experience and master's or Ph.D. degrees but they don't have much industry knowledge. Our central library is huge with almost all books for engineering subjects and many novels and other books. We also have a reading room for students to study. There's a lack of sports facilities with very limited sports like basketball, volleyball, and football. There's a gym but only for the boys' hostel. The hostel mess is good with reasonable rates and good quality food. We also have a canteen that's pocket friendly and has some delicious dishes and drinks. The college premises and campus is big and has greenery. The crowd is good. We don't have much internship opportunities. Some students get internships at startups started by our alumni. Placements are really good. CSE and IT-related branches have more than a 95% placement ratio. Over 1700 offers were made this year with the highest package offered by Amazon of 25 LPA and the average package standing at 5.5 LPA. I would say that overall this is a good college to consider if you didn't make it to top government colleges.

In our college, the infrastructure is best with the availability of hostels, mess, multiple grounds. Our faculty are quite co-operative and help us anytime we ask them for (even at 12 at night). Labs are well equipped with the instruments. Our college conducts various events throughout the year.
