Currently, finding a job is becoming more difficult as competition for positions heats up daily. The institution now has a significant obligation to educate pupils and give them life skills. To fulfil these demands, SITAMS has established a fully functional training cell to raise the skills of engineering graduates to levels consistent with those of the industry. A dedicated placement cell of Andhra Pradesh's Sreenivasa Institute of Technology and Management Studies (SITAMS) strives to find job possibilities for its students. A placement drive is held on campus by the college, which has ties to many different businesses and organizations. To improve the students' employability abilities, the placement cell also puts on training sessions and workshops.
