Application Process by Course Stream

1. Medical & Dental Courses (MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MDS)

  • Seat Allotment: Once allocated a seat at Sri Siddhartha Medical/Dental College via MCC counselling, download the online allotment letter.

  • Reporting: Report to the Tumkur campus with original documents and required tuition fee Demand Drafts for physical verification.

2. Engineering & Technical Courses (B.E., M.Tech, MCA)

  • Entrance Exams Accepted: KCET, COMEDK, or university/entrance quota.

  • Online Application:

    1. Visit the official university portal (ssahe.edu.in).

    2. Register yourself with a valid email ID and phone number.

    3. Fill out the online application form with academic details and choices.

    4. Pay the required non-refundable application fee online.

    5. Submit the application and track updates via the candidate portal.

3. Research Programs (Ph.D.)

  • Notification: SSAHE releases Ph.D. notifications (typically twice a year) on its official portal.

  • Submission: Applications can be submitted online or downloaded and submitted to the Director (Research Programs).

  • Entrance Test & Interview: Candidates must appear for a Technical & General Aptitude Test followed by an interview. Candidates with valid GATE/NET scores may be exempted from the written test per university norms.
