Berchmans Institute of Management Studies (BIMS), Changanassery – Application/Admission Process

Application Process

  • Online Registration: Candidates must complete the application form available on the official BIMS This includes entering personal and academic details accurately.
  • Payment: After filling out the application form, candidates can choose their payment method (challan or online payment) to pay the application fee.
  • Document Submission: Candidates need to submit a colored photograph (preferably with a white background) along with attested copies of required documents during the verification process.
  • Final Submission: Once all details are verified, candidates should submit the application form online and print a hard copy, which must be signed by both the candidate and their parent/guardian. This signed copy is required during the group discussion and interview stages.

Selection Process:

  • Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores in CAT, CMAT, or KMAT Kerala.
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive notifications via email and will be informed about the schedule for group discussions and interviews.
  • The final list of selected candidates will be published on the BIMS official website, and successful candidates will receive an allotment letter via email.

Required Documents for Admission: Selected candidates must bring the following documents when reporting for admission:

  • Printout of the online application (duly signed)
  • Mark sheets from X, XII, and degree examinations
  • Payment details (challan copies)
  • Allotment letter/admission memo
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
  • Course & Conduct Certificate from the last institution
  • Original grade card/mark lists of all parts of the degree examination
  • Valid score sheet from CAT/CMAT/KMAT
  • Degree certificate/provisional certificate
  • Eligibility certificate from MG University (for candidates from outside Kerala)
  • Migration certificate (if applicable)
  • Caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates)
