St.Paul's College of Pharmacy Application/Admission Process

Admission to St. Paul’s College of Pharmacy is primarily managed through state-level common entrance tests conducted by the Government of Telangana. The process is divided into two main categories: Convenor Quota (70% of seats) and Management Quota (30% of seats).

  1. Admission Entrance Exams
  • Undergraduate (B. Pharm & Pharm. D): Admission is based on the TS EAPCET (formerly TS EAMCET) rank.
  • Postgraduate (M. Pharm): Admission is based on a valid score in GPAT or TS PGECET.
  1. Admission Process

For the majority of seats (Convenor Quota), the process follows these steps:

  • Entrance Exam: Appear for the required state exam (TS EAPCET for UG, TS PGECET/GPAT for PG).
  • Web Counselling: Once results are released, you must participate in the state-level web counselling process. You will need to select "St. Paul’s College of Pharmacy" as one of your preferences.
  • Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted based on your rank, category, and seat availability.
  • Reporting: If a seat is allotted, you must report to the college within the stipulated time for document verification and fee payment to confirm your admission.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Pharm- 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Bi.P.C) or Mathematics (M.P.C) as optional subjects.
  2. Pharm- B. Pharmacy degree from a PCI-recognized institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories).
  3. Pharm. D- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Important Documents Required

When reporting to the college for admission, you will typically need the following:

  • Rank Card of the respective entrance exam (TS EAPCET/TS PGECET/GPAT).
  • Hall Ticket of the entrance exam.
  • 10th and 12th (Intermediate) marks memos.
  • Degree certificate (for PG candidates) and Transfer Certificate (TC).
  • Caste/Income certificates (if claiming reservations).
  • Passport-size photographs.
  • Aadhar Card.
