St. Xavier Catholic College of Engineering– Scholarship

St. Xavier Catholic College of Engineering (SXCCE) in Tamil Nadu offers a variety of scholarships aimed at supporting both meritorious and financially disadvantaged students. Here’s an overview of the scholarship options available.

Adi-Dravidar Welfare Scholarship- The Adi-Dravidar and Welfare Department awards scholarships to students from Tamil Nadu's scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other converted eligible communities whose financial situation is deemed to be such that they cannot continue their education without financial aid.

Backward Class /Most – Backward Class Scholarships- The Backward Class Welfare Department awards scholarships (both full and half-fee) to students from eligible communities of Tamil Nadu's Backward and Most-Backward classes whose financial situation is deemed to be such that they cannot continue their education without the support of scholarships.

State Scholarships for the Children of School Teachers- The primary goal of the scholarship program, which the Tamil Nadu government has put in place, is to give these children the financial aid they need to pursue higher education. The offspring of all active instructors are eligible to apply for the scholarships.

The Tamil Nadu Educational Trust Scholarship- The Tamil Nadu Educational Trust also grants scholarships to deserving students.

Scholarship from the Ministry of Labour- The Assistant Welfare Commissioner of the Ministry of Labor, Government of India, authorizes scholarships for the offspring of Beedi workers.

National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC)- Scholarships to the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

The Pragathi Scholarship- Exclusively for those enrolled in the first year of a degree program.(Only for female candidates.)

The SAKSHAM Scholarship- Only for students in their first year of a degree program who have a disability of greater than 40%.
