Application Process:

Online Registration:

Candidates must register online at the official St. Xavier's College website. This involves providing a valid email ID and an active mobile number for communication purposes.

Filling the Application Form: After registration, candidates need to fill out the application form with personal and academic details. It is crucial to upload the required documents in the specified format.

Application Fee: The application fee is typically around INR 700-800, which must be paid online during the application process.

Document Submission:

Candidates should keep a physical copy of the application form and fee receipt for future reference. Documents required include:

  • Mark sheets of Class X/XII
  • Proof of age/date of birth
  • Migration certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Graduation certificate (for PG courses)

Admission Criteria

Eligibility Requirements:

  • For UG courses, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examinations with a minimum percentage (e.g., 55% for B.Sc. courses) depending on the specific program.
  • For PG courses, a minimum of 50% in the relevant undergraduate degree is required.

Entrance Examination: Admission to certain programs may require candidates to appear for an entrance examination. This may include aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. The entrance exam syllabus and details will be available on the college website.

Merit List:
