The faculty profile at Synergy School of Business (SSB) blends experienced academic researchers with seasoned corporate practitioners. This diverse mix is designed to support the institute’s focus on practical management training, industry-aligned certifications, and specialized functional streams (such as Business Analytics, Agribusiness, and Health Management).
Key aspects of the faculty structure include:
Core Academicians & Leadership: The faculty team includes experienced professors and domain experts holding Ph.D., M.Phil., and postgraduate qualifications from premier national and international institutions. Leadership figures like founder-academicians guide the strategic academic framework.
Industry Practitioners & Visiting Faculty: To keep pace with dynamic corporate trends, SSB regularly brings in visiting faculty members, product owners, and senior executives from prominent tech, retail, and finance companies (such as NCR Voyix, PeopleTech, and major financial institutions) to teach specialized modules.
Specialized Department Leads: Departments such as Business Analytics, Food & Agribusiness Management, Finance, and Health Management are led by subject matter experts with a balance of corporate exposure and academic credentials (including UGC-NET qualified professors and industry consultants).
Pedagogical Approach: Beyond standard lectures, the faculty utilizes case studies, live industry projects, corporate workshops, and interactive business simulations to drive student engagement.
