Tantia University has been recognized by UGC (the University Grants Commission). It is also a member of AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
Tantia University has also been approved by the Government of Rajasthan and the Ministry of Ayush. It has also been approved by several other organizations such as – NMC (National Medical Commission), CCH (Central Commission of Homeopathy), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), INC (Indian Nursing Council), NCTE (National Council of Teaching Education), VCI (Veterinary Council of India), ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), BCI (Bar Council of India), RNC (Rajasthan Nursing Council), NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine), and RPMC (Rajasthan Para-Medical Council).
