University of Allahabad (AU) offers a range of modern infrastructure facilities to support the holistic development of its students. The infrastructure of the university is set up to offer a favourable atmosphere for education, research, and general development. At AU, some of the important infrastructure facilities are as follows:

University Health Center: One homoeopathic physician has been employed at the Allahabad University Campus Healthcare Center to provide medical care for students and staff. The University has two ambulances for use in an emergency. When a medical emergency arises on campus for staff or students, this resource comes in very handy.

Central Library: The central library on the Allahabad University campus offers instructors and students a wealth of educational resources. 268 periodicals, 137 of which are Indian and 92 of which are foreign, are available for subscription. The library offers around 14 e-databases and 21,461+ e-journals through E-Resource Access.

Computer Centre- The computer centre is a centralised facility available to lecturers and students at Allahabad University to support them in their research, which includes computerizing department-specific tasks and organising short-term courses.

Hostel Facilities: The Allahabad University Campus has three distinct hostels for boys and girls. These hostels have every fundamental amenity that a student could need. The foreign students' hostel is presently being built.

Athletic Association: The goal of the Athletic Association on the AU campus is to enhance the general physical health of all university students. The Association supports student improvement of their mental and physical well-being by offering facilities and opportunities for game and sports participation as well as by planning competitions and tournaments.

NCC: The Allahabad University Campus hosts the National Cadet Corps (NCC), a youth development program. The NCC offers Allahabad University students possibilities for their overall growth. The campus of Allahabad University features four new NCC units. The university formed the 6 UP Girls Bn NCC Unit just for female cadets to give girls the option to choose NCC.

Gandhi Bhawan: Gandhi Bhawan is a mandapa for meditation, yoga, and spiritual songs on the campus of Allahabad University. Sixty persons can gather in the Gandhi Bhawan Conference Hall, which has an excellent audio-video system for discussion and deliberation.
