  1. Merit-Based Scholarships (University Funded)

These are competitive scholarships awarded to students based on their performance in qualifying examinations or entrance tests. These are generally offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

  • Eligibility Note: To maintain these scholarships in subsequent years, students must maintain a minimum attendance (typically 75%) and clear all courses in the first attempt without any backlogs.

VVITU facilitates state-level welfare schemes for eligible students from specific categories, including SC, ST, OBC, EBC, and minority communities.

  • Key Schemes: Commonly includes schemes like Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Vasathi Deevena, which provide tuition fee reimbursement based on income limits and government eligibility criteria.
  1. Specialized & Program-Specific Scholarships
  • BBA (Hons): Merit scholarships are available based on Class 12 marks or SAT scores. For instance, students with 90%+ in Class 12 or a 1200+ SAT score can receive a 50% fee waiver.
