Library: XIM boasts an advanced library with an extensive collection of resources for students. In addition to print materials, both the old and new campus libraries offer a variety of electronic resources, including corporate and economic databases (Indian/International) such as EBSCO (Business Source Complete), ABI Inform Complete, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier (Science Direct), JSTOR, and more. The Bloomberg Lab in the library is a pioneering facility in the eastern region of India. The library's holdings include 75,257 general books, over 28,000 e-books, 20,040 electronic journals, 27 databases, 334 print journals, 4,030 bound periodical volumes, 40,000 online company annual reports, 1,725 CDs (management films and books), 360 DVDs, 1,816 case studies, 350 working papers, 22 newspapers, and 8 digital newspapers.

Classroom Complex: The Classroom Complex features air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, a multimedia hall, computer labs, and an executive classroom. These spaces are outfitted with educational audio/video equipment, tablet PCs, computers with large monitors, LCD projectors, and network connections.

IT Facilities: The Computer Resources and Data Centre (CRDC) on both the new and old campuses provide comprehensive IT and computing resources to students, faculty, and staff. The university equips all faculty and staff with desktop computers, all of which are connected to the campus LAN/Wi-Fi supported by a fibre optic backbone.

Sports and Fitness Facilities: XIM University fosters holistic development in students by offering top-notch sports facilities.
