Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh is a state level Polytechnic entrance test of Uttar Pradesh. It is also called UPJEE (Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination) or UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam. It is directed by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE). JEECUP 2021 is conducted for offering the admission to different courses like Diploma in Engineering/Technology, Agriculture Engineering, Diploma in Pharmacy Post Graduate Diploma Information Technology and Lateral Entry in Two Year Diploma.
Candidates may get the detailed information of JEEUP 2021 including updates of qualification, eligibility, application, result and counselling and admission process.
The application form for JEECUP will be released through online mode only. Before the Online Registration candidates have to be ready with scanned copy of passport size photo, a scanned copy of Signature and a scanned copy of Thumb impression.

Application Fee:
Engineering & Technology Diploma
Qualification: Passed or appearing in 10th or equivalent exam
Percentage: Minimum 35% marks.
Agriculture Engineering
Qualification: Passed or appearing in 10th with agriculture or 12th with agriculture.
Diploma in Pharmacy
Qualification: 10+2 examination passed with science stream.
Percentage: 50% marks for general/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST.
Post Graduate Diploma course
Qualification: Graduate or appearing in the final year from any discipline.
Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Qualification: Passed or appearing in 12th exam.
Percentage: Minimum 50% marks in PCM subjects
Mode of Examination: Offline (Pen Paper Based)
Number of Questions: 100 Objective Type Questions
Maximum Marks: 400
Duration of Exam: 3 Hours
Sections in Paper: 11 (Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K1 to K7)
Language: The question paper will be asked in English and Hindi languages.
Marking Scheme: Four marks will be given for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Negative marking will also be done for multiple responses.
For better performance in the entrance examination, it is mandatory to cover every syllabus without skipping any topic. The paper consist questions from the subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each topic comes in the examination is very important.
Group A: It includes the UP Board 10th syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
Group B: The syllabus consists two sections, the first section is of Mathematics while another section is of Physics/ Chemistry/ Agriculture
Group C: Group C syllabus consists of three sections i.e. Hindi and English Comprehension, Reasoning and Intelligence and General Awareness. It also includes the questions from 10th class
Group D: It is comprised of 12th class syllabus and will consist of four sections named Hindi and English, Comprehension, Reasoning and Intelligence, Numerical Ability and General Awareness
Group E: The syllabus of this group includes the two sections such as Physics and Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics. Applicants have to do the preparation from the 10+2 syllabus.
Group F: The syllabus will consist of B.Sc academics. It includes the sections like Physics, Biology and Botany.
Group G: Its syllabus is same as Graduation and includes the sections like English Comprehension, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, General Intelligence and General Awareness
Group H: This group syllabus is divided into five sections such as Reasoning and Logical Discussion, Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude, English and General Knowledge. Intermediate questions will also be asked
Group I: It includes 10+2 UP board syllabus. It includes two sections namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Group J: This group syllabus includes diploma academic and also includes five sections i.e. English Comprehension, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, General Intelligence and General Awareness
Group K: Applicants can prepare from class 10th and 12th syllabus. The syllabus is divided into two sections Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics while another section is engineering
Candidates can get the Admit card through online process only. Admit card will be released in the second week of April 2021. It is mandatory for the students to bring the admit card at the examination centre. Candidates are not permitted to sit without admit card.

JEECUP result has been announced by the Uttar Pradesh Board of the Technical Education. Students can check their result through online mode only. No other mode is applicable to check the result. The result will be released in the third week of May 2021.

According to the student’s performance in the JEECUP 2021 entrance exam, they will be called for counselling. Students can participate in JEECUP counselling in the month of May or June 2021. The counselling will be organized through online mode only.
During counselling process candidates have to fill their college and courses preference. Students will get seat according to their rank and seat availability in respective college.
