JUST 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1. Tech. (Regular): Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry Biotechnology, or Biology, or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
2. Tech. (Lateral Entry): Through the lateral entry option, candidates are directly admitted to the third semester (2nd Year) of the B.Tech Degree program at the School of Engineering and Technology. The candidate should have a diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution with 45% marks (40% in the case of SC/ST) in the final year examination. They are required to clear the prescribed subjects as specified by Jain University.

JUST 2024 Exam Pattern

JUST 2024 is conducted both online and offline according to the candidate's desire.

For online mode: It will be a computer-based test that will be conducted in the month of March. The test is conducted in 2 sessions/slot per day.

For offline mode: It is a written test that will be conducted in the month of April. The test is of 3 hours duration and conducted at the university test center.

The schedule for JUST 2024 offline mode will be as follows:

9:30 am   - Reporting to coordinators at the venue (JGI Knowledge Campus, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore).

9:45 am   - Assembling in the respective exam hall.

10:00 am - Jain University Scholarship Test 2024 commences.

01:00 pm - Assemble in the Seminar Hall (2nd Floor).

01:10 pm - Session by Principal, School of Engineering and Technology & Dean-Placements, Jain University and followed by interaction of parents/students with the academicians, placement and facilities team.

JUST 2024 Syllabus

Before starting preparation for JUST, one must know the syllabus for the exam they are going to appear in after some months. The syllabus for JUST 2024 will be the same as that of CBSE Class XI-XII. And around 20 questions will be on Grammar. The questions asked in the JUST entrance exam will comprise subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and General English.
