Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) it is a state-level entrance test Uttar Pradesh State Technical University conducts UPSEE to offer admissions to competitors in proficient courses which are accessible at the college alongside establishments that are subsidiary to the University. UPSEE 2021 exam dates will be announced soon. Applicants are offered confirmations in courses, for example, BTech (engineering), BTech (agricultural engineering), BArch, BPharma, hotel management as well as fashion & apparel design through UPSEE exam. Applicants can even secure affirmations in post-graduate dual degree courses, for example, MBA, MCA, alongside lateral entry in MCA programs through this state-level selection test.
UPSEE 2021 Application Form has been released from 4th week of January 2021.
In order to successfully fill the UPSEE application form online, candidates need to fill the below-mentioned fields with utmost care:
Candidates need to fill in details such as their full name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, personal mobile number, email ID etc.
Candidates are advised to go through all the information that they have provided thoroughly before submitting the application form.
Scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression
As per the UPSEE information brochure, “Candidates need to attach their clear scanned image in the application form. The image should be coloured and in passport size (3.5cm X 4.5cm). The image should be in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 20 KB. The photograph must be front-facing to the camera in a manner that the candidate’s full face can be seen. The background should be either white or off-white and uncluttered. Apart from this, the candidate must attach a clear scanned image of their signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG format with the signature image size being not more than10 KB. Similarly, the left thumb impression should also be in JPEG format and its dimensions should be 3.5cm X 1.5cm, this scanned image should not be more than 10 KB in size”.
Candidates will be given a registration number when they submit their application form. Candidates are advised to note down the registration number issued to them because this will be used for all future correspondences. Candidates also need to take a print-out of the confirmation page that appears before them.
Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of UPSEE 2021 laid down by the AKTU University to appear for the exam. The UPSEE eligibility criteria are given below for candidates
Papers: The examination of UPSEE will be conducted for 11 papers.
Exam Mode: Paper-1 to Paper-8 is the OMR-based paper.
Type of Questions: All the papers are of objective type (except Drawing Aptitude Test [(Part-B of paper-4)].
Exam Duration: The exam is of 3 hours.
Subjects Covered: The subjects vary paper-wise. Candidates can check details about subjects in each paper from the below table.
Number of Questions: Paper-1, 2, 3 will contain 150 questions; Paper-5, 6, 7, 8 will contain 75 questions and Paper-9, 10, 11 and 12 will have total 100 questions each. Paper-4 will have 50 questions each of Mathematics & Aesthetic Sensitivity with a total of 100 questions and 2 questions from Drawing Aptitude.
Marking Scheme: Candidate will receive 4 marks for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: No mark (s) will be deducted for any of the wrong response marked by the candidate.

Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Redox Reactions, Chemical Equilibrium and Kinetics, Acid-Base Concepts, Electrochemistry, Catalysis, Colloids, Colligative Properties of Solution, Periodic Table, Preparation and Properties of the following, Thermochemistry, General Organic Chemistry, Isomerism, IUPAC, Polymers, Carbohydrates, Preparation and Properties Of the Followings, Solid State, Petroleum.
Algebra, Probability, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry, Calculus, Vectors, Dynamics, Statics.
The admit card of UPSEE 2021 will be available online tentatively from April. Candidates have to download the UPSEE 2021 admit card by mentioning their application number, password and security pin. The admit card of UPSEE will contain the name of the candidate, father’s name, category, sub-category, gender and the rural weightage.
The result of UPSEE 2021 will be announced in an online mode tentatively in the last week of May 2021. The counselling of UPSEE will be based on the ranks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam. In case of any discrepancy, candidates will have the option to get their answer sheet scrutinised by paying Rs 5, 000 per paper within seven days of the declaration of the result. They will have to submit the application for scrutiny to the Registrar, Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow (U.P.) 226021 in writing.
