CBSE class 12 Economics re-exam will be held on April 25 for all the CBSE students in India. He further said that the class 10 Maths re-exam dates will be announced later.
The Secretary also added that the initial investigation in class 10 paper leak reveals that the leak was limited to Delhi and Haryana. Once the reports of the leak are confirmed, the class 10 Maths exam will take place in July. Also, there will be no re-examinations for outside India CBSE students.
The CBSE decided to conduct re-examinations for Class 10 Mathematics and Class 12 Economics papers after reports of the paper leak. The Delhi Police formed a Special Investigation Team to investigate into the matter and to ensure security for the future exams.
CBSE, released an official notification regarding re-examination of Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exam 2018.
HERE'S WHAT THE FIRST CBSE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION READ:
"The board has taken cognizance of certain happenings in the conduct of certain examinations as are being reported. With the view to uphold the sanctity of the Board Examinations and in the interest of the fairness to the students, the Board has decided to reconduct the examinations in the following subjects. Dates for fresh examinations and the other details shall be hosted on the CBSE website within a week."
