Government approves new 62 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, concurred its endorsement for opening of one Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) each in "62 revealed areas".

There will be add up to seven Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in Delhi - one each in East, West, South, North, North East, South East Delhi and Shahdara, while Jammu and Kashmir will have five schools - one each in Srinagar, Bandipura, Ramban, Kishtwar and Phulwama.
These Navodaya Vidyalaya are gone for giving quality instruction to the capable kids for the most part from the rustic zones. The move is required to profit almost 35,000 understudies.

There will be one new Navodaya Vidyalaya each in Andaman and; Nicobar, Rajasthan, Haryana and Maharashtra; two each in Punjab, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Arunachal Pradesh; three each in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka; four each in Meghalaya and Tripura; five in Uttar Pradesh; eight Gujarat; and 11 in Chattisgarh.
An undeniable Navodaya Vidyalaya will give work to 47 people. Along these lines, these new 62 schools will give guide perpetual work to 2,914 people.
These Navodaya Vidyalaya are relied upon to produce work open doors for neighborhood sellers.
