The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has collaborated with Imarticus Learning to launch an executive management programme in sales and marketing leadership for graduates with at least five years of work experience in relevant fields.
Under this course, students will get masterclasses delivered by CXOs to provide them with an understanding of real-life hurdles encountered in the field. The exposure aims to enhance their learning experience and facilitate networking opportunities, enabling them to forge connections within the industry and stay informed about career prospects, as per IIM-L.
The programme will use gamified learning techniques and leverage Imarticus game studio. In addition, the course will incorporate REVMANEX Sales Excellence Simulation, designed by renowned professor Jean-Claude Larreche to provide hands-on experiential learning in sales and marketing. The Wharton Marketing Excellence Simulation is also employed for understanding how to maximize customer lifetime value.
