JoSAA Counselling 2023 Seat Allotment Result: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) today released the second mock list. Students can check and download their seat allotment result from the official website of JoSAA website — josaa.nic.in.
This list is generated based on the choices filled in by candidates as on June 26, 2023. Only those students who have successfully cleared the JEE Mains 2023 and JEE Advanced 2023 exams are eligible for JoSAA counselling 2023.
Step 1: Visit the official website — josaa.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link which displays the mock seat allotment.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials and submit
Step 4: The JoSAA mock seat allotment list will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save the list for future reference.
After this, candidates have time till June 28 for candidate registration and choice filling for academic programmes under JoSAA 2023. The reconciliation of data, verification, and validation of allocated seats will be finalized on June 29.
The round 1 seat allocation list will be declared on June 30, the round 2 seat allocation list will be declared on July 6 followed by the third and fourth rounds on July 12 and July 16 while the fifth and sixth round seat allotment lists will be declared on July 21 and July 26 respectively.
This year the JEE Advanced results were announced on June 18 and the candidate registration or choice filling for academic programmes under JoSAA started on June 19. The JoSAA counselling is conducted for admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and various other institutes.
