MCC releases NEET 2nd Allotment Result 2018

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has declared the results of second round allotment for NEET-based all India counselling of undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses. All the candidates can check their results at mcc.nic.in

The choice filling and locking process for the second phase of counselling was held on July 9.

NEET 2nd Allotment Results 2018: How to check scores

  1. Go to the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in
  2. On the homepage, click on 'Result of Round 2'
  3. Enter your roll number and security pin in the space provided
  4. On submitting the same, allotment results will be displayed on the screen
  5. Download and take print out of the same for future use.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court gave their mandate on declaration NEET Second Allotment results.

Choice filling process

As per the schedule, the choice filling and locking process for the second phase will begin soon. All the candidates are advised to keep a close eye on the official website of MCC.

This year, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate or NEET- UG 2018 exam was held on May 6 and the results were released on June 5.

NTA to conduct NEET twice a year:

The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be conducted twice in a year from 2019. This year, nearly 13 lakh candidates appeared for NEET 2018 which was held on May 6, 2018.

Here's the complete schedule for NEET 2019:

Feb 2019

  • Application process: 01.10.2018 to 31.10.2018
  • Dates of examination: Between 03.02.2019 to 17.02.2019 (8 different sittings, and candidate can choose any one)
  • Declaration of results: First week of Mar 2019

May 2019

  • Application process: Second week of Mar 2019
  • Dates of examination: Between 12.05.2019 to 26.05.2019 (8 different sittings, and candidate can choose any one)
  • Declaration of results: First week of June 2019

Important dates: Mop-up round

  • Registration/payment and choice filling: August 12 to 14 (5 pm)
  • Last date for payment: August 15 (12 pm)
  • Choice filling/locking: August 15 (10 am to 5 pm)
  • Processing of seat allotment: August 16
  • Result: August 17
  • Reporting: August 18 to 26
