NTR Health University raided by Crime Investigation Department

The Criminal Investigation Department raided the NTR University of Health Sciences in Vijayawada immediately after Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan ordered a CID inquiry into the PG medical entrance scam on 24th March. The CID officers questioned university registrar Dr S. Babulal and controller of examinations Prof. Vijaykumar about the process of preparing and transporting question papers for the PG medical entrance examination.

CID sources said that a case of cheating, forgery and malpractice has been registered, and 17 students have been listed as accused.
