Recommends this college
I chose this course to bridge the gap between Technology (Hardware/AI) and Business Strategy. The best thing is the "Outclass" model—learning by doing. I wish there were better outdoor sports facilities, but the indoor culture is strong. Scholarships like the Karthik Ramanna Merit Scholarship are available for top performers. Connectivity is top-tier (Gurugram prime sector). If you want to be a founder or a tech leader, this is the place to be.

Campus Facilities: The campus feels less like a college and more like a corporate HQ. Located in DLF Cyberpark, we are surrounded by offices like BCG and Google. Classrooms & Labs: The academic infrastructure is 5/5. We have high-tech amphitheater classrooms and a dedicated Creator Media Lab with professional podcast and video studios, which is great for students building personal brands. Library: It is "Digital-First," offering unlimited access to global journals (HBR, Bloomberg) rather than physical racks. Stay & Food: We stay in "Managed Residences" (co-living style) with shuttle services. The mess food is decent (breakfast/dinner), but for lunch, we just walk next door to Cyber Hub, which has amazing options. Amenities: Being in a business park, we have immediate access to premium gyms, ATMs, and banks within the building complex.
Campus Life: The culture here is defined by "hustle." We don't have traditional cultural fests; instead, our flagship event is the "Startup Weekend." Why it's the Best: It is a 48-hour non-stop marathon where we build a business from scratch and pitch it to real VCs and Investors by Sunday evening. Exposure: The exposure is unmatched—getting brutal, honest feedback from industry veterans is a huge learning curve. The Fun: It’s not just work; pulling all-nighters with friends, fueled by pizza and adrenaline, creates an incredible bond. It is the perfect mix of competition and creation.
Faculty: The faculty is the college's biggest USP because 90% of them are Practitioners (CXOs, Founders, and MDs) rather than career academics. Real-World Learning: We don't just read textbooks; we learn from "War Stories." For example, I learned People Management directly from Rajat Mathur (MD, Morgan Stanley) and Marketing from Elkana Ezekiel (Ex-CMO, Samsung). Curriculum: It is dynamic and updates every term. The "Outclass" modules are intense—we are graded on building real assets (like a dropshipping store or a content channel) rather than writing exams. Mentorship: The hierarchy is flat. Professors act as mentors, often helping us with our own startup ideas or connecting us to their industry network for internships.
Placements: Since the undergraduate batch (TBM) is yet to graduate, our "placements" are currently defined by high-impact internships starting from Year 1. However, we share the same Career Cell as the PGP (MBA) cohort, so their final placement stats serve as our benchmark for full-time roles. 1. Undergraduate Internships (Current Batch Stats - 2025 Report): Placement Percentage: 100% of the first and second-year cohort secured internships. Total Offers: 350+ offers were received for a batch of 280 students, meaning many students had multiple options. Stipend Details: Highest Stipend: ?2.55 Lakhs per month ($3,100) for a role in San Francisco. Average Stipend: Typically ranges between ?15,000 - ?40,000 per month for domestic roles, with "Founder's Office" roles paying higher. Top Internship Recruiters: Startups: Zepto, Cred, Razorpay, Ather Energy, Perfora. Corporate/Consulting: Bain & Co, PwC, KPMG, EY, Niti Aayog, Nestle, Akasa Air. Top Roles: Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff: 30% of the batch (working directly with CXOs). Growth & Strategy: 25%. Product & Data: 17%. 2. Full-Time Placements (PGP Benchmark - 2025 Report): These figures represent the opportunities available to us upon graduation, as we share the same recruiter network. Highest Package: ?1.28 Crore PA (Domestic) / ?1.10 Crore (International). Average Package: ?33.39 LPA. Top 25% Average: ?54.80 LPA. Median Package: ?27.78 LPA. Top Recruiters: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Google, Microsoft, and Cred. Summary: The opportunities here are "Job-First." Unlike other colleges where you wait 3 years to work, here you build a resume with brands like Zepto and Bain before you even graduate. The 100% internship record in Year 1 proves the "Practitioner-Led" model works.
Salary Package: 14 - 16 Lakhs
Start Up Incubator: Yes, the incubator is the core of the college. It is called the "Venture Initiation Program (VIP)" and is extremely active. Unlike typical college cells that just organize talks, the VIP functions like a real VC accelerator. How they help: It provides a structured 4-stage support system: Pre-Seed (Idea Validation) ? MVP (Prototyping) ? GTM (Marketing) ? PMF (Scaling). Funding: The college has its own Masters' Union Investment Fund (MUIF) with a corpus of ?5 Crore dedicated to investing in student startups. They also give equity-free grants of ?15-25 Lakhs for top ideas. Activity Level: It is very high. Over 30 startups have been incubated here, generating a combined revenue of over ?300 Cr. Incubated Companies: Famous success stories include BullSpree (Stock Gaming), HiveSchool (Sales EdTech), and Eight (Beverage brand), all of which have raised external funding or appeared on Shark Tank India. Collaborations: We have direct access to a network of 150+ VCs and Angels who attend the final "Demo Day" to write cheques.
