The life at Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology is good. You get opportunity to study under various IITs graduates. The atmosphere is also very good. It is located in hilly region of Uttarakhand. But the college facility is not good. You can study here only if you can live in unfavorable conditions.

Campus Facilities: Hostels of college are not good. The food is also tuff to chew. Various facilities like classrooms, labs, libraries are good but the hostel facilities are worst.

Campus Life: Campus life is good. Various fests like SPARDHA which is sports event is organized annually and cultural fest SCINTILLA is also organized annually. There are also various committees where various events are organized.

Faculty: Faculties are good. They are passed out form various IITs/NITs. The college exams are organized on semester basis and two class test are organized in each semester.

Placements: Various companies like WIPRO, TCS recruit through on campus placement but the selection ratio is very less. Students generally try through off campus placements.
