AIEED 2024: All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) is a national-level admission test directed by ARCH Academy of Design, to offer admissions to Undergraduate (4 years) and Post-Graduate (2 years) programs in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Textile Product Design, Craft Product Design, Jewelry Design, Graphic Design, Design Communication, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Design Management, Strategic Management and Leadership, and also Diploma and Certificate programs in Visual Merchandising and Gemology.

The All India Entrance Examination for Design is directed in both online and offline modes. The admission test directed by AIEED includes a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and addition a General Ability Test (GAT). Communicating tests the aesthetic sense, creative thinking & style sensitivity of scholars seeking fulfilling careers within the numerous fields of style. It conjointly tests the logical reasoning & problem-solving ability of the scholar. ARCH invites all applications for UG & PG programs for the year 2024. AIEED 2024 Application Form

Before applying for AIEED 2024 candidates are advised to go through the application process and the guidelines mentioned below. Candidates must compulsorily choose 3 cities as exam centers when submitting the application form.

AIEED 2024 Online Application Process

The candidates who apply online are requested to follow the process given below:

• The candidates are required to visit the official website of AIEED.
• Search for the Application form for AIEED 2024 on the official web portal.
• The candidates are required to register on the official portal and create a unique ID.
• They are required to provide their mobile number while creating the id.
• Login credentials will be received on the mobile number provided by the candidate via SMS.
• After receiving the login details candidates need to log in and start the online application process.
• Click on “Apply Online”.
• The application form will appear on the screen.
• Fill out the application form with the correct details and upload the scanned photographs and valid signatures along with the required documents.
• After completing the application process, candidates should download the duly filled application form and take print it.
• The candidates are required to pay the application fee of INR 3,000/- through Demand Draft or transfer the amount into the mentioned accounts through NIFTI, CBS.

AIEED 2024 Offline Application Process

The candidates registering through offline mode can follow the application process given below:

• Download the AIEED 2024 application form from the official website or buy the application form from any specified bank.
• Take out the print of the AIEED 2024 application form.
• Fill up the AIEED 2024 application form with the requisite details correctly.
• Submit the duly filled AIEED 2024 application form to the official address of the institute along with application fees.
• Application fees for AIEED 2024 can be paid in cash or by Demand Draft (DD).

AIEED 2024 Eligibility

Eligibility for UG courses:

• Qualifying test: Applicants who passed the 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board can apply for this test.
• Age Limit: Candidates who are 16 years and above are eligible for this test.
• Appearing Applicants: Appearing candidates (10+2) are also eligible for this test.
• Applicants with valid NATA / AIEEE scores are exempted from the AIEED test and get a call directly for the interview session.

Eligibility for PG courses:

• Qualifying test: Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Age limit: Candidates who are 19 years and above of age are eligible for sitting in this test.
• Appearing Applicants: Candidates those pursuing graduations are also eligible to apply for this test.
• Those applicants having CAT / MAT scorecards can also apply. They have to qualify for the AIEED test and the interview round.

AIEED 2024 Exam Pattern

Examination Mode: Both online and Offline.

Language of Paper: English & Hindi

Total Marks: The whole question paper will be 200 marks.

Duration: The exam duration will be 3 hrs 15 min

Paper Language: English and Hindi.

Subjects: Creative Ability Test and General Ability Test.

AIEED 2024 Admit Cards

1. Candidates who will successfully apply for AIEED 2024 can download his/her admit cards from the official website, aieed.com.
2. AIEED 2024 will be conducted in both offline and online modes and candidates can download their Admit Card by entering their user ID and password and then taking its printout.
3. AIEED 2024 Admit Card would be issued 7 days before the conduct of the examination in either mode.
4. Admit cards should be attested by a Gazetted officer/School or College Principal.
5. AIEED 2024 Admit Card consists of essential information about the candidate who is appearing for AIEED 2024 exam.

Steps to download the Admit card are given below:

• Click on the link sent to the registered mobile number
• Enter “Control Number” and “Password”
• Click on the link, “Download AIEED 2024 Admit Card”
• Download and take out at least two printouts of the Admit Card for future reference.

AIEED 2024 Syllabus

The candidates willing to appear in AIEED 2024 must follow the syllabus while preparing for the exams. The syllabus will be based upon general topics such as design sensitivity, problem-solving, creative skills, logical reasoning along with awareness of global issues. These topics are meant to test the candidate’s aptitude for design and logical thinking.

AIEED 2024 Results

After successfully conducting the examination, the concerned authority will announce the results within 7 working days only. The students who will appear in AIEED-2024 will be informed about the results through email, and SMS, as well as a letter, will be sent to the candidate.

• Go to the official website of AIEED-2024 received by the candidate via SMS or email.
• Candidates need to submit essential information like roll number, father’s name, and name.
• Click on the “Submit” button to view the results.

AIEED 2024 Counselling

There are many aspects that go into the final selection process for the design courses at ARCH Academy of Design:

1. Performance in the past education field.
2. AIEED exam result (NATA / CAT / MAT / AIEEE score in the respective courses).
3. Performance in Interview + Portfolio.

Important Information about AIEED 2024 Selection Process:

The candidates who have cleared the entrance exam successfully will be called for an interview.

• The examining authority will send the interview call letter which will comprise the date of the interview along with the specified venue.
• The interview date will be on the basis of the enrolment number. Candidates must report at least 15 minutes before the interview. Candidates failing to attend the interview will not be considered for admission. There is no option to reschedule the interview schedule.

The candidates need to carry some essential documents mentioned below on the day of the Interview:

• AIEED 2024 admit card.
• Attested copy (original and duplicate) of Class 10 certificates.
• Attested copy (original and duplicate) of Class 12 certificates.
• Passport-size photographs.
• Candidate's design portfolio.
• Address proof.

After the personal interview process has been successfully conducted and the candidate has presented the portfolio, the examining authority will filter the deserving candidates for counselling.
