Andhra Pradesh Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test - APRJC is a well-known entrance test for admission to Intermediate courses like MPC/BiPC/MEC/CEC in Residential Junior Colleges in AP State for the academic year 2020-2021. APRJC 2020 Application Form

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria APRJC CET exam can apply online mode at official website only. The registration process will be held in two phases, in the first phase, the aspirant is required to pay the application fee while in the second phase the candidate can fill the online application and submit it.

 

Payment of Application Fee

How to Make Payment in Online

  • Log in to the official website http://aprs.cgg.gov.in
  • Clicking on "Online Payment", a new webpage appears on the screen
  • Select post applying for APRJC CET & District belongs to, enter the personnel details and filled the all the details in the respective fields.
  • Choose the appropriate option above online mode to select the bank from the droplist, clicking the "make payment”, completing the banking process shall receive “Transaction Id (Journal Number)". Can proceed submission Application form.

Fill up of Online Application

  • Log in to the official website, go through the instructions to fill-up the form. Click on the "Submit Application" link.
  • After clicking the button the following "Payment verification" webpage will appear on the screen.
  • Fill all the details in the respective fields completed after clicking the button "Proceed filling application form" application will be displayed.
  • Fill the details of the candidate, enter SSC Hall ticket Number, Name of the candidate, Surname, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Select the Gender, enter the Date of Birth
  • Enter Medium of study in class X, Medium in which candidate desires to appears for the test, Name of the Native District as per the study, Reservation Under Special category, category course opted.
  • Enter the Postal Address (House Number, Village, Mandal, District, Pin code, Mobile Number).
  • Upload photo (3.5 * 4.5 cm) and signature and click "Save" button.
  • Finally, click the submit button, take the printout application mentioning the "Reference Id" (Registration Id).

Application Fee and Payment

  1. Registration fee is Rs: 150/-
  2. The fee has to be maybe paid through Online only using Payment Gateway (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).

 

APRJC 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 1st attempt in March / April 2020 only. Candidates who have passed in earlier are not eligible and need not apply.
  • OC candidates must secure a minimum G.P.A of "6" and BC / SC / ST and Minority candidates must secure minimum G.P.A OF "5" in S.S.C (or) equivalent qualifying examination and G.P.A of "4" in English for all candidates.

Nationality and Domicile

Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in Andhra Pradesh only.

 

APRJC 2020 Exam Pattern

The Exam will be conducted in multiple-choice based questions a total of 150 questions in 32 1/2 hours duration. No negative marking scheme for wrong answers. The questions are asked in 3 sections with 10th standard.

APRJC 2020 Syllabus

The syllabus of entrance test will be based on 10th standard in Andhra Pradesh state syllabus subjects and English be General English.

APRJC 2020 Admit Card

The organizing authority will provide a facility of downloading online admit cards of entrance exam on the official website tentatively from 4th week of April. The admit card bear the candidate roll number, name, father name, category, sub-category, photograph, signature, date of birth, the language of question paper with name and address of examination centre allotted, the candidate should carefully examine all the entries. Hall ticket will not be sent by post.

APRJC 2020 Result

The board will conduct the entrance examination. Evaluate the answer sheets and likely to declare the result by the last week of May and the same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along with the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in the said examination. All the candidates appeared for the entrance test will award APRJC 2020 test wise rank as per marks secured in the test appeared.

 

APRJC 2020 Counselling

The APRJC 2020 Counselling will be started in 1st week of July 2020. Qualified candidates will be called for counselling according to the merit list prepared by AP Residential Society (APRIES). The information would also be available on the online. Counselling will be conducted in two rounds. If seats remain vacant after the admission of the recommended candidate during the first round of counselling, the second round of counselling will be held.
