All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi declared the exam pattern of AIIMS MBBS 2024. AIIMS MBBS exam pattern would help in understanding the nature of the syllabus, question paper pattern, marking scheme, duration of the exam, and other details. AIIMS online question paper was to of 3 hours and 30 minutes duration. The online question booklet consisted of 200 multiple-choice questions, wherein 60 questions each were from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, 10 questions from General Knowledge, and 10 questions on Aptitude and Logical Thinking. Exam Mode: Computer-Basted Test
Duration: 3 ½ hours.
No. of Questions: 200 questions
Exam Shifts: First Shift (9:00 AM to 12:30 PM) and Second Shift (3:00 PM to 6:30 PM).
Type of Question: Questions will be Objective Type (Multiple Choice and Reason-Assertion type).
Language: The question paper will be provided either in English or in the Hindi language.
Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer.

According to the official brochure of AIIMS MBBS, in order to qualify AIIMS MBBS 2024, a candidate belonging to General category have to secure a minimum of 50 percentile in the entrance exam. However, it is 40 percentile for SC/ST candidates. Further, candidates belonging to OBC category have to obtain at least 45 percentile in AIIMS MBBS 2024.
