The counseling of JCECE 2025 is likely to commence in the first week of June. JCECE 2025 counseling will be held in online mode. Based on the candidate’s rank in the merit list they will be called for JCECE counseling. JCECE counseling 2025 will be conducted in two rounds. Any vacant seats left after Round I of JCECE 2025 counseling will be filled in Round II of counseling. On the day of counseling, candidates are required to bring all necessary documents. JCECE seat allotment 2025 will be made only after the verification of documents.

JCECE 2025 Counselling & Seat Allotment Process

• The candidates who have their names in the merit list released by the conduction body will have to attend the JCECE 2025 counseling personally at the JCECE Board office in offline mode. Here, the candidates will have to get their documents verified and pay the counseling fee at the office.
• The counseling of JCECE 2025 will be conducted in two rounds. Candidates will be allowed to select their choices of institute and course on merit-cum­ choice basis only after the scrutiny of the original certificates is successfully completed.
• The second round of counseling will be conducted for the vacant seats after the recommended candidates in the first round of JCECE 2025 counseling have all booked their seats.

• 10th and 12th equivalent Mark sheet and Passing Certificate (Original/Provisional)
• Local Resident Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• JCECE 2025 Admit card
• 1 passport-size photograph

Important Points

• Candidates who fall on the merit list will be called for the JCECE 2025 counseling session.
• JCECE 2025 Counselling is tentatively scheduled to be held in the month of June / July 2025. The counseling dates have not yet been released.
• The shortlisted candidates have to participate in the counseling session, fill in their choices, and then finally lock their choices according to their preferences.

Candidates will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs.1,000 drawn in favor of Controller of Examination, JCECEB, payable at Ranchi
