KLEEE 2027 Counselling

KLEEE 2027 Counselling

The counselling process for KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Examination) is organized by KL Deemed to be University for admission into various B.Tech programs.

1. Counselling Process Overview

  • Eligibility for Counselling: Candidates who qualify through KLEEE, or hold valid scores in national/state-level tests like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or state engineering entrance exams (like EAPCET), are eligible to participate.

  • Modes of Registration: Eligible candidates must complete online counselling registration through the official portal at kluniversity.in

  • Choice Filling: During registration, candidates need to submit their preferred B.Tech branches/specializations in order of priority. Choose wisely, as preferences cannot typically be altered once locked.

2. Seat Allotment Criteria

Seats are allotted based on a centralized merit system factoring in:

  • Candidate's rank in KLEEE / national scores

  • Course preferences filled during registration

  • Availability of seats across campuses (Vaddeswaram/Vijayawada or Hyderabad campuses)

3. Document Verification & Admission Confirmation

Once a seat is allotted, candidates must report (physically or as directed by the university) for document verification and complete the fee deposition process.

Key Documents Required:

  • KLEEE Rank Card and Hall Ticket / Scorecard

  • Class 10 and Class 12 Mark sheets and Passing Certificates

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate (CC)

  • Caste / Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Aadhaar Card or valid photo ID proof

  • Passport-size photographs

  • Special category certificates (Sports, NCC, Physically Challenged, etc., if applicable)

Note: Specific dates and phase-wise schedules for the upcoming counselling cycles are published on the official KL University admissions website shortly after the respective entrance exam results are declared.
