KLEEE 2026 Counselling

KLEEE 2026 COUNSELING

Following the announcement of the results, candidates will attend KLEEE Counselling 2026, which is scheduled for Phase I in February 2026 and Phase II in April 2026. Eligible candidates will be chosen depending on their rank on the KLEEE 2026 merit list.

During counselling, applicants must provide original documents for verification. The number of available seats and the candidate's rank on the merit list will be used to determine seat distribution. Aspirants must pay an admissions fee in order to secure their places.

The KLEEE 2026 counselling process will be conducted offline at KL University and is mandatory for candidates who qualify in the entrance exam or possess valid ranks from exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or state-level engineering tests. The key steps and guidelines for KLEEE counselling 2026 are:

  • Registration and Reporting: Qualified candidates must register for counselling on their allotted date by reporting physically at the designated venue. Online registration with basic and academic details is required before reporting.
  • Choice Filling: During counselling, candidates fill out their preferred B.Tech courses in order of priority. It's advisable to select multiple courses to maximize admission chances.
  • Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted based on the candidate's rank (KLEEE or other accepted entrance exams), category, preferences, and seat availability.
  • Document Verification: Candidates must present original documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, KLEEE/JEE scorecards, caste/category certificates (if applicable), photo ID proofs, transfer and conduct certificates, and passport-sized photographs.
  • Fee Payment and Admission Confirmation: After seat allotment, candidates need to confirm their admission by paying the required fees and completing document verification within the stipulated deadline. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
  • Multiple Phases: Since KLEEE typically occurs in three phases, counselling is held phase-wise, offering candidates multiple opportunities.
