PDEU 2026 Eligibility Criteria Overview:

B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology):

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biology/Computer/Vocational subject from a recognized board.
  • Minimum marks required are 45% aggregate for the general category and 40% for SC/ST category candidates.
  • Admission is based on a valid rank in JEE Main 2026 or GUJCET 2026. Merit lists are prepared category-wise.
  • NRI or International candidates must meet equivalency as per AIU recognition for their qualifying examination.

BBA / BA (Hons) / B.Com:

  • Candidates should have completed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognized board in any stream.
  • The selection process involves an entrance test (SAT India or university-conducted), followed by a personal interview and creative writing round for final selection.

MBA (Master of Business Administration):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, is essential.
  • Minimum aggregate requirement is 50% (45% for SC/ST).
  • Applicants must have a valid CAT, XAT, or NMAT score.
  • Final selection is based on entrance test scores, Group Discussion, Written Ability Test, Personal Interview, work experience, and past academic performance.

M.Tech (Master of Technology):

  • Candidates should have a B.Tech degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • GATE score is the preferred selection criterion, though non-GATE candidates may also apply for consideration.
  • Interview or further written tests may be part of the overall selection process.

PhD Programs:

  • Applicants must hold a 2-year master’s degree after a bachelor’s, with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
  • Selection is based on a written aptitude test and an interview.

Documents Required:

  • Mark sheets of qualifying exams (Class 12/Bachelor’s/Master’s).
  • Valid entrance exam scorecards (JEE Main/GUJCET for B.Tech; CAT/XAT/NMAT for MBA).
