After the declaration of TG POLYCET 2026 results, qualified candidates are required to participate in the counselling process conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana, facilitates admissions into diploma courses at various government, aided, and private polytechnic institutions across Telagana.

Counselling Process: Step-by-Step

• Registration & Fee Payment: Visit the official website, tgpolycet.nic.in. Pay the processing fee (Rs.600 for OC/EWS/BC/Minority; Rs.300 for SC/ST) using net banking, credit card, or debit card.
• Slot Booking: After payment, book a slot for certificate verification at a convenient Help Line Centre (HLC).
• Certificate Verification: Visit the chosen HLC on your scheduled date with all required original documents and one set of photocopies.
• Web Option Entry: Use the unique Login ID received after verification to select your preferred colleges and courses on the official portal. You are encouraged to select as many options as possible.
• Seat Allotment & Reporting: Seats are allotted based on rank, category, and availability. If allotted, you must download the allotment order, complete online self-reporting, pay the tuition fee, and report physically at the allotted college with your certificates.
