UKSEE 2026 COUNSELING

UKSEE 2026 counselling will be conducted online by Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) through uktech.ac.in in multiple rounds starting second week of June 2026 (tentative), for qualified candidates based on merit lists. Only ranked candidates can register, fill choices, pay fees and report to allotted institutes after seat allotment.

Process steps

  • Registration: Log in with UKSEE roll number and password; pay non-refundable counselling fee (Rs 2000 approx.) online.
  • Choice filling: Select preferences for courses/colleges (max choices recommended); lock choices before deadline.
  • Seat allotment: Based on rank, category, choices and availability; check result on portal.
  • Options: Freeze (accept seat), Float (upgrade in next round) or Withdraw.
  • Reporting: Visit allotted institute with documents (UKSEE rank card, marksheets, category certificate, fee receipt) and pay admission fee.

UKSEE 2026 Counseling FAQs

Q1. Who can participate in UKSEE 2026 counselling?

Ans. Only candidates qualified in UKSEE 2026 with a rank in the course-specific merit list (separate for B.Tech LE, B.Pharm, MCA etc.); check merit list on uktech.ac.in.

Q2. Is there a separate counselling fee?

Ans. Yes, non-refundable fee of Rs 2000 (approx., all categories) payable online during registration; additional seat booking fee after allotment.

Q3. When does UKSEE 2026 counselling start?

Ans. Tentative from second week of June 2026 in multiple rounds; exact schedule released with results on uktech.ac.in.

Q4. How many choices can I fill in counselling?

Ans. No fixed limit—fill maximum preferences (colleges + branches) in order of priority and lock before deadline to maximize chances.

Q5. What are Freeze, Float and Withdraw options?

Ans. Freeze: Accept allotted seat; Float: Accept but upgrade in next round; Withdraw: Exit process (fee forfeited).
