UKSEE 2026 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates will be instructed to check the UKSEE Eligibility 2026 before filling out the application.  Here, we are providing detailed information about UKSEE Eligibility 2026 for engineering, pharmacy, and other courses offered under UKSEE 2026.

Eligibility for Domicile:

  • Students must be residents of the state of Uttarakhand.
  • Candidates from other states who have passed the qualifying test and reside in Uttarakhand are also eligible to apply.
  • Students who passed the Uttarakhand Technical Board or university qualifying exam are also qualified to apply.

Eligibility for B.Tech (LE):

  • In order to be eligible for a B.Tech (LE), candidates must have completed their B.Sc. at a university recognized by the UGC and passed their 12th grade mathematics course.
  • Students must pass the relevant branch's AICTE-approved diploma exams.
  • For general candidates, students must have received at least 45% of the possible points; for reserved categories, they must have received at least 40%.

Eligibility for Pharmacy (1st year & Lateral Entry):

  • Passed in 12th or equivalent exam with Physics & Chemistry as required courses and any one of Mathematics/Biology/ Biotechnology.
  • In core subjects, candidates should have received at least 45% of the possible points (40% in reserved areas).
  • Students must pass the AICTE-approved diploma test in order to be admitted to a lateral entry program in pharmacy.

Eligibility for BHMCT:

  • Candidates must have passed any recognized board's 10+2 or equivalent exam.
  • A minimum of 45% in general categories and 40% in reserved categories are required.

Eligibility for MCA

  • Students must have a bachelor's degree from any accredited college or university and have taken mathematics at the 10+2 or graduate level in order to be eligible for MCA.
  • Students must have received 50% in general and 45% in reserved categories on the qualifying exam.

Eligibility for M.Tech

  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in the relevant discipline is required to be eligible for an M.Tech.
  • Students must have received 45% for reserved categories and 50% for general.

Eligibility for MBA

  • Candidates must have a three-year bachelor's degree in BCA or B.Sc. (IT/CS) with mathematics at the +2 or graduation level in order to be eligible for an MBA.
  • Students must have received 45% in reserved categories and 50% in general.

Eligibility for M.Pharm

  • Students who pass the qualifying test with 55% (or 50% for reserved groups) should have a B.Pharm degree.
  • Candidates who meet the GPAT requirements can take part in the counseling process without taking the UKSEE exam.

Ans. No, open to all Indian nationals; preference/seat reservation for Uttarakhand residents in counselling.
