Uni-GAUGE-E 2026 Application Form Process:

  • Registration: Candidates must begin by registering on the official Uni-GUAGE During registration, they enter essential details such as full name (as per SSLC/10th marks card), date of birth, a valid email ID, mobile number, and unique ID proof details (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). An OTP verification is done to validate mobile and email details. After successful registration, login credentials (User ID and Password) are sent via email and SMS.
  • Login and Fill Application Form: Using the credentials, candidates log in again to access the Uni-GAUGE-E 2026 application form. They provide detailed personal information, academic history, and category details. The form must be filled carefully without errors as incomplete or inaccurate data can lead to rejection.

Document Upload:

Candidates upload scanned copies of required documents in specified formats and sizes:

  • Candidate’s recent colored passport photograph (JPEG, under 80 KB)
  • Candidate’s signature and parent/guardian’s signatures (JPEG, under 80 KB)

  • Application Fee Payment: The application fee is payable online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or other electronic modes. The fee structure is approximately INR 1600 for Uni-GUAGE only and INR 3200 if applying for both COMEDK and Uni-GUAGE combined, with applicable convenience charges.
  • Preview, Submit, and Print: After entering all details and payment confirmation, candidates preview the form for accuracy and submit the application. A printed copy of the filled application form and payment receipt should be retained for reference.
  • No Correction Post Submission: Once the form is submitted, no corrections or changes can be made. Candidates must verify all information before final submission.

  • Only one Uni-GAUGE-E 2026 application per mobile number is permitted throughout the admission cycle. Changing mobile numbers is not allowed after registration.
