I am currently in the 5th semester of B.E ( CSE ) at Chitkara University, Punjab. My college experiences have been really wild with some really good and others that no should ever come across. There are many pros of the university such as having a diverse culture among the students, the campus life, great infrastructure and great support staff. Talking about cons, the faculty is very poor here, overcrowding due to bad management of the university, with the college fees hiking every year. Chitkara is a very good college which have many facilities, good campus life, good hostel life, consists of many co-curricular activities. Have a very well designed curriculum for CSE. This college is a great place , everything here is systematic from going outside to entering inside. The discipline is strict and a squad of guards arrive when any activity took place which is not supposed to be . Here one can fulfill the dreams they are supporting the startup’s and even finding them students just need to bring the ideas they have investors ready if you don’t have startup plan no issue they provide placements I had an interaction with a senior which was placed he told that they try to place each and every child to a company so that can start the carrer and 94% students gets placed those are left who have something pending REtest or anything . The Ragging here is taken very seriously, every week a teacher comes to enquire the same from new students so that a safe environment can be implemented for new students. More...
