Jadavpur University is a government funded university located in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal. The University has 4 major streams, Arts, Science, Engineering & Management with a total student strength of around 13000 (in 2020). I am a student of B.E Production Engineering and can say that the level of education one can receive over here is one of the best in the country and the return of investment is very high (4 year engineering costs 12000 and the placement offerings can go as high as 59LPA). Although the infrastructure is not upto the mark to call it a university of excellence but rest all other factors gives you so much that you can overlook that. More...
