UIEt is the engineering department of PU. The students have access to entire PU campus , hostel,sports facilities, library facilities which is a plus point for the students. The campus placements are decent and it is a tier 1 college. Annual techno cultural fest - Goonj also occurs every March and many clubs exist such as Brand Promotion Committee, Music Club, Bhangra Crew, Debating Society, Western Dance Club, Comic Club, Art Club , Etc and technical societies like IEEE, SAE , SBE , robotics and E-Cell. The faculty is well experienced and research facilities are also present for the students in DIC labs.
