  • Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) in Pilani offers a range of scholarships and concessions to its students based on their academic performance, sports achievements, and other activities.
  • Board toppers are awarded scholarships of 100%, 75%, and 50% in the first semester based on their rankings in their respective boards.
  • Merit scholarships of 20% and 15% are awarded to students who scored above 90% and between 80% and 90% in their qualifying examinations, respectively.
  • Competitive examination merit scholarships range from 25%-75% of first year tuition fees based on the scores secured by the students.
  • Students who have won medals in international and national championships are given scholarships ranging from 5% to 50% of the tuition fee for the first semester.
